Good tool for migrations

I used CMT to migrate thousands of users during large acquisition projects moving users from Exchange to Lotus Notes/Domino. I first used the tool in 2005. I had to contact support several times with bugs and they quickly churned out fixes for us. In order to meet our deadlines we would run the software in tandem on several different workstations globally. This allowed us to migrate as many people as the local support staff at different offices could handle training. While people were being trained in Lotus Notes, their mail was being migrated. By the time they sat back down at their workstations, they were able to see their old email funneling in in real-time.
